Yes, each point is related to one of our main organs – Urinary Bladder, Stomach, Spleen, Liver, Gallbladder and so on. Some points have a special meaning of their own.

Correct, for thousands of years, these points have been proven to be highly influential on the Energy of the respective meridian, causing an immediate calming effect, promoting muscle relaxation, lymphatic drainage and increasing blood flow. Secondly, in TCM, they have a medicinal meaning for specific physical imbalances. You can read more in my book ‘Facelift by Acupressure’. And thirdly, these points calm down the amygdala which is our stress response, usually caused by an emotional trigger.

No, tapping is a very forgiving technique; you don’t have to know the meaning. All, you must do is to focus on the issue and feel the emotion you want to release.

For many years, tapping has been endorsed by scientists and neurologists like Bruce Lipton, David Feinstein, Candace Pert, just to name a few. Its neurological effect on the amygdala – the ‘stress alarm’ in our limbic system – has been shown countless times using MRI and blood analysis.

Firstly, the suitable technique will easily present itself during a conversation. For example, not everyone is open to tapping and might find it ‘silly.’ But the same person realises during a session that they have been stuck in a certain perspective of a person or situation. In this case, CBT would help change the view on things and pave the way to better communication.

We work collaboratively to identify negative thought patterns and maladaptive behaviours and develop new coping skills and techniques.

In some cases, a client is obsessed by one specific limiting belief usually resulting from one specific experience, like shock, shame, grief or disappointment. Such a scenario would probably point to Sedona.

However, this is an almost ‘clinical’ description. In reality, we would weave our way in and out or not even using any of the above as, during a focused conversation, the client might reach clarity already.

Our mind does not distinguish between past, present or even future. That’s why we often feel that ‘it’ just happened, as the same emotion is triggered just by thinking of it, rendering us helpless and confused. At any time, under guidance, the client is ready, they can just release it.

Very understandable. That’s why I offer Single Session Support, which is just one very focused session. Afterwards, you can decide whether you would benefit from more sessions or just need time to digest everything before committing.

CrossRoads is a Personality Assessment tool showing your inborn character, the way you adapt to certain situations, your talents, as well as your specific personality traits.

Based on respect and non-judgemental discernment, it has proven to be extremely helpful in tackling relationship issues, career choices and communication matters.

Please note: It is not a tool for prophesying events.

For the last 25 years, I used this system mainly for analysing a person’s character, their attitude and aptitude towards specific skills, even their probable physical imbalances, tendencies towards possible health issues.

Coming from the field of TCM, I usually have been able to give respective advice. After many years of experience and consecutive studies I recognized and further developed the different Adaptation Types – how does someone adapt to changed circumstances, or different people.

CrossRoads can be applied in several ways: Firstly, to recognise the main characteristics; secondly, as a tool assisting in career alternatives, choice of school subjects, relationship compatibility and thirdly, to provide insight into family dynamics.
