When Life Feels Intense - You don't Have to Figure it out Alone
You may be doing your best - and still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or misunderstood.
A different perspective can change everything
How I work
Most approaches focus on what is happening,
I focus on how you experience it.
Each of us develops an Adaptation Profile - a pattern that shapes how we percive, interpret, and respond.
That's why:
The same situation feels different to different people.
Intentions are often misunderstood.
The same challenges keep repeating.
In our session, we identify precisely the pattern behind your experience.
Once you see it, things begin to shift.
You don't need more effort - you need a different perspective.
Areas of help
Families
Less tension. More understaning.
Respond instead of react –
and create a calmer home
Career
From confusion to clarity.
Reconnect with direction,
confidence and purpose
Relationships
See each other differently
Communicate without blame –
and find balanced solutions
Personal Issues
Understand your patterns.
Reduce emotional overload –
and feel more grounded again
Clarity doesn't always require a long perocess.
Sometimes, one focused conversation is enough.
Not sure where to start?
No need to commit to long-term support.
One session helps you:
Understand what’s really going on.
See your situation differently.
Feel immediate relief and direction.
Understanding the ‘why’ changes everything.

We sent our daughter to Ina to help her find her future path. Probably influenced by her
friends – she was looking at an academic future but was not sure whether she could succeed
as she was also a bit tired of learning. She has always been more practically inclined,
interested in arts, in people, especially working with children. We knew that she was smart
enough to follow the university path but were not sure whether it would also be her
‘calling’.
During just two sessions, Ina was able to figure out our daughter’s strong (and weak) points,
her inborn talents and imagine how she would develop during the next years – so helpful!
Parents, 52 and 45, helping their daughter to find her future path
After many years of bringing up our kids and moving around as an expat, I now feel ready to
follow my own interest. Like most women in this situation, I did not even know what I
wanted, where my talents were and what opportunities I had.
‘CrossRoads’ was fantastic for getting deep insight into my character and my abilities.
Encouraged by Ina’s support and her trust in me I am now looking forward to this big new
step with confidence.
Mary, 59, empty nester, looking for new purpose
After I lost my parents within a short period of time I struggled with grief, regrets and doubts
– ‘did I value them enough?’ The challenge was almost unsurmountable for me. When I saw
Ina, she let me talk it all out (she is a great listener), before we started to investigate the best
way to process the intense feelings. Alternating between different tools, facilitated slowly to
let go of the emotional pain. Changing my perception and focusing on all the positive
moments I had with them taught me so much about life – and the illusion of death. Today, I
am still seeing Ina occasionally just to discuss my different insights and how I move forward.
Claire, lost both parents within 4 months, struggling with grief and doubts
I used to scoff at this ‘tapping thing’ and considered it some esoteric mambo jumbo. Until I
was suffering for weeks from an excruciating pain in my shoulder. No doctor, no physio or
osteo, no injection was able to help. There were periods of slightly less pain, but they were
short-lived.
In my despair, and as a last resort, I saw Ina who explained that pain is rarely just physical.
Our body is a tool showing us our inner unresolved pain which causes stress which prevents
healing – a true mind body connection.
Under Ina’s skilful instructions, tapping on everything which surfaced – thoughts, feelings,
memories - the pain subsided within one hour. I can hardly believe it – it is still gone!
